Edward Kelsey Moore Receives An Illinois Arts Council Award!

The Illinois Arts Council Agency (IACA) has given Edward Kelsey Moore a 2014 Literary Award for his essay Piaf and Roadkill published in the literary journal Ninth Letter.  The IACA Literary Awards recognize Illinois writers and helps promote a greater awareness of non-commercial publishing in the state.  The award encourages Illinois not-for-profit literary magazines to publish and disseminate new work by living Illinois writers and poets.  The Illinois Arts Council Agency serves the people of Illinois through a variety of grants and services primarily geared to support the Illinois arts sector, advance arts education, foster creativity, and drive the economic vitality of the state.  You can read the official IACA press release -- click here!
