![]() The Illinois Arts Council Agency (IACA) has given Edward Kelsey Moore a 2014 Literary Award for his essay Piaf and Roadkill published in the literary journal Ninth Letter. The IACA Literary Awards recognize Illinois writers and helps promote a greater awareness of non-commercial publishing in the state. The award encourages Illinois not-for-profit literary magazines to publish and disseminate new work by living Illinois writers and poets.
